1.我司一日遊和上下羚羊谷門票出團前7个工作日内不可取消及更改，凡期限內取消則全损，不予退款。2.我司二日游或多日遊在出團前10个工作日或以10个工作日以內不可取消，凡期限內取消則全损，不予退款。3.我司導遊將在出團前一天美西时间4pm-8pm通過訂單預留電話聯絡客人（可提供中國或美國手機號碼），凡當日無法聯繫確認的客人，請客人在出團前一天8pm前（美西時間）主動聯繫我司客服確認接送時間及地點。否則視為自願放棄行程，我司不予退款，責任自負。

Cancellation Policy:1. NO refund or cancellation will be accepted within 7 working days before departure if guest cancels the daily tour and Upper&Lower Antelope tickets .2. NO refund or cancellation will be accepted if guest cancels the two days Tour or multiple days tour within 10 working days or 10 working days before departure.3. Our tour guide will contact the guests through the reserved mobile number one day prior to the tour at 4-8pm (Pacific Time). For those guests who cannot be reached by our tour guide, it is their own responsibility to reach out our customer service one day prior to the tour before 8pm (Pacific Time) to confirm the pick up location and time. Otherwise, the itinerary will be absented voluntarily by the guest and our company is not responsible for any refunds.
